SUP PILATES

15 minutes of paddling followed by 30 minutes laying on your board practicing slow, flowing movements that engage core, breath, concentration, control and balance. Standing to stretch and paddle back to finish. Class has modifications for every level. No previous experience is necessary. Mondays & Saturdays at 7am.

SUP YOGA Flow

Combine a variety of yoga poses by moving at a gentle pace to improve balance and increase flexibility. No previous experience is necessary. Wednesdays at 6:30am.

SUP BOOTCAMP

A kick butt class that combines total body strength and cardio on and off your SUP. A high intensity class that can be modified for any level. No previous experience is necessary. Wednesdays at 5:30 pm.
